Our deepest technical disclosures are protected by NDA and, where applicable, by export-control law. Access is granted to qualified partners.

Why This Library Is Restricted

Aterna's technical documentation describes original, patent-protected architecture — the Fractal Information Logic (FIL) framework, the Geometric Logic Unit (GLU), and the extended Application Binary Interface (eABI). Certain materials also constitute controlled technology under the United States International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). For these reasons, full technical disclosure is not published openly. It is released in tiers, to identified and qualified parties, under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and — where required — under the relevant export-control authorizations.

Access Tiers

Access Tiers
Tier 0 — Public	Overview material available to all visitors: technology summaries, public briefs, and the information published across this website.
Tier 1 — NDA	Released to qualified technical, commercial, and investment partners after an executed NDA: technical briefs, benchmark methodology, and architecture overview.
Tier 2 — Sovereign / Government	Released to sovereign and government partners under NDA and applicable export-control authorizations: detailed architecture documentation, RTL design notes, and deployment specifications.

Access to and use of this documentation is governed by the executed NDA, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) where personal data is involved, and US ITAR where controlled technology is involved. Unauthorized access, reproduction, or disclosure is prohibited.
